Workpackages

The AI4GreenBus project is structured into six Work Packages (WPs), each addressing a specific area of project implementation and development. Together, these work packages ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to achieving the project’s objectives. Within each Work Package, a range of practical and applicable results will be developed, including innovative methodologies, training programmes, digital tools, learning environments, and real-life tested solutions. These outputs are designed to support educators, students, and industry stakeholders in applying AI for sustainable business model innovation and to ensure long-term impact across education and the labour market.

Ensures effective project implementation through structured coordination among partners, comprehensive quality assurance processes, risk management, and continuous monitoring, while also supporting efficient communication and collaboration to guarantee the timely delivery of high-quality project results.

Develops an innovative methodology for AI-enabled Sustainable Business Model Innovation (AI-SBMI) through research, analysis of existing practices, and co-creation among partners, ensuring alignment with current technological developments, sustainability principles, and labour market needs.

Focuses on the development of a AI-SBMI micro-credential training programme, including the design of learning modules, creation of interactive training materials, and alignment with ECTS and competence frameworks, ensuring the programme is practical, flexible, and relevant for higher education and vocational training contexts.

Metaverse incubator

Develops the Sustainable Business Metaverse Incubator as an innovative and immersive learning environment that enables participants to create, test, and refine AI-driven sustainable business models through interactive and collaborative experiences.

Piloting and exploitation of results

Focuses on piloting and validating the developed methodology, training programme, and tools through practical activities such as trainings, bootcamps, and hackathons, involving students, educators, and industry partners, to ensure their relevance, usability, and effective application in real-world contexts.

Focuses on dissemination and communication of project results through various activities, including events, workshops, seminars, conferences, and online campaigns, ensuring wide visibility, stakeholder engagement, and long-term impact at local, national, and European levels.
